Biblically Grounded
I approach life, people, and challenges through a biblical lens, seeking to understand them in light of Scripture. My goal in counseling is to guide individuals in forming a deep, personal connection with Christ and His gospel, leading to true heart transformation. I offer counsel rooted in a sound, orthodox evangelical understanding of the Bible.
Clinically Informed
I am well-versed in the principles of psychology and clinical mental health, and I use these insights with discernment in my counseling. I believe that people are both body and soul, and my approach seeks to address and understand both the physical and spiritual aspects of those in my care.
Church Partnering
I believe the local church plays a crucial role in people’s care and transformation. Because of this, I aim to work alongside like-minded churches to provide collaborative care for those they refer to me for counseling. I also encourage my counselees to connect with a local church, recognizing it as one of God's primary means of healing and change in their lives.
Approach
I am committed to a biblical counseling approach that is firmly rooted in Scripture, clinically informed, and designed to support and strengthen the local church. My counseling philosophy aligns with the Christian Counseling and Educational Foundation (CCEF) model, emphasizing the sufficiency of God’s Word and the transformative power of the gospel in every aspect of life.
