I love my mom

I hesitated putting a picture of my address on here in case a killer stalker reads my blog but this letter is from my mom and I had to take a picture of it and risk my safety and life.

There are so many things about this picture that make me happy. First, my mom always forgets I’m married when she sends me mail. She still puts my maiden name on anything she sends me. The mailman happily adds a question mark each time.

Every 2 weeks my mom mails me a letter full of coupons she has cut out with a post it note that says “I love you bunches”…. Isn’t that sweet? She never sends anything with one stamp. There are usually multiple stamps from the wrong season of the year.

do you ever wonder what your kids will remember or love about you? I love my mom’s handwriting. When I was little I remember thinking how pretty checks were when she would fill them out in church or in the grocery store. Makes me wonder what kind of wierd things our kids will actually remember….
